Position Highlights

• Flexible full-time or part-time schedules: 4–5 days per week, Monday–Friday
• No routine evenings or weekends
• Shared telephone call approximately one week every six months, with nurse triage support
• For full-time schedules: 34 patient-care hours and 6 administrative hours per week

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. You will work within a team-based model, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to quality improvement and population health initiatives aligned with the quintuple aim.

Physicians in this role also serve as clinical leaders by mentoring advanced practice providers, managing more complex patient panels, and helping shape care delivery in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
