This position involves inpatient palliative care consultation in a >600-bed adult hospital in collaboration with a fully staffed interdisciplinary team including spiritual care, social work and nursing. In addition, the selected individual will provide service coverage at our community hospitals, Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill and Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center in Enola. Outpatient palliative clinic is an option dependent on the candidate?s interests and skills. This role also includes teaching of medical students, residents and fellows and the opportunity to pursue scholarly interests.
