Job Description Principal Accountabilities: Leads the development, implementation, and coordination of infection control policies, procedures, and activities under the guidance of the IP Manager. Conducts surveillance, collects, analyzes, and manages infection data. Identifies problem areas and develops evidence-based solutions. Partners with bed management for appropriate patient placement and ensures correct isolation precautions. Reports infections and outbreaks to CDC, state, and local health departments.
