This is a management position that oversees the daily operations of the chart processing area of the Health Information Management Department in coordination with the HIM Director by hiring and training qualified personnel, conducting performance evaluations, scheduling work, making assignments, and identifying and resolving problems.  The HIM Supervisor is responsible for the ensuring the effective workflow of the scanning clerical areas of the department. Monitors staff performance. Is responsible for providing system administration for the medical record scanning system.
