Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, rotating weekends, some call

Location: Team Blue: This position will be conducting patient home visits in the West Longwood, Lake Mary, Apopka, Mt Dora, Sanford area which includes but is not limited to the following zip codes: 32757, 32777, 32798, 32712, 32768, 32703, 32779, 32746, 32771

The role you’ll contribute: Provides vocational nursing services under the supervision of an RN, to patients in their homes.

• Performs nursing skills safely and competently.
• Performs patient data collection in a holistic manner.
• Provides accurate and complete documentation.
• Schedules daily visits to facilitate patient needs.
• Plans patient care in consultation with Registered nurse. 

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Active American Heart Association BLS
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• One year of medical/surgical experience

Preferred qualifications:

• One year experience in community health nursing
• Thirty (30) hours of Florida Board approved IV Therapy Course
