Responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities. Monitors patients, administers medications, keeps records, consults with healthcare providers, educates patients and more.Candidate will possess excellent assessment and organizational skills. RN to make home visits to predominantly adult and geriatric population in Union county, responsible for assessment and establishing plan of care for client in collaboration with patient, family and MD.
