Registered Nurse - Resident Assessment Coordinator/Safe Patient Handling
The Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC) nurse is a professional registered nurse, qualified by education and experience in providing broad-based clinical knowledge to effectively implement health promotion, prevention, and management of the sub-acute, chronic illness, and palliative care. The RAC- RN executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches in management of acutely and chronically ill Veterans. See Duties for more.
