This Social Worker (Home Based Primary Care) position is within the Geriatrics and Extended Care Service at the Burlington, Vermont location. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: You must be a citizen of the United States. Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Education: You must have a master's degree in social work from a school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
