Foundation Health Partners is actively recruiting an ambitious Physician Assistant to join our Outpatient Family Medicine Team.
The Opportunity:
We are a 14-provider family medicine clinic, proud members of a long-established health system that has served the Fairbanks community for over 60 years. Our expertise covers the entire lifespan, from newborn care to geriatric issues. As part of a rural health system, our healthcare professionals have the chance to take on a more hands-on role in managing patient care, providing a unique opportunity to develop a well-rounded skill set and gain valuable experience across a broad spectrum of healthcare scenarios.
- Compensation: Starting at a base of $147,112, compensation can be further adjusted based on experience. Additional opportunity to increase earnings through productivity. $40k sign-on bonus.
- Schedule: M-F 40 hours per week. 7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME.
- Team: This will be an opportunity to manage patients independently with physician oversight as needed for support.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be approved to practice by the State Joint Board on the Regulation of Physician's Assistants. NCCPA certification required. Exhibits an exemplary professional demeanor and interpersonal relationship skills.
Demonstrates proficiency in computer applications and database management. Must have sufficient experience, confidence, and judgment to function with little outside direction. Ability to maintain CME currency as required to maintain NCCPA certification. Requires personal DEA license.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced degree preferred. Experience in clinical setting including supervision is preferred. ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and/or Neonatal Resuscitation certifications desirable.
