Salary Pay Range: $72,000.00 - $78,000.00 (3-5 Years Experience)
Position Summary:
Provide complete audiological services to the outpatient population, both pediatric and adult. The should include birth and medical case history, testing, counseling, written documentation and communication with medical and/or educational referral sources, as needed.
Conduct hearing aid evaluations, fittings, adjustments, and repairs, including in-house and processing factory repairs. Provide patient education of advanced technology hearing aids as well as assistive listening devices. Able to solve consumer concerns and complaints regarding hearing aid function and performance. Build and retain strong patient base and increase hearing aid sales.
Complete cochlear impant candidacy evaluations, initial activations, and follow up programming/mapping as well as troubleshooting. Have a level of comfort with all three cochlear implant manufacturers or willingness to learn.
Provide evidence-based quality of care, in adherence to national standards and guidelines.
Assist the Director with community outreach and education by providing hearing screenings, lectures, and conference tabling to local senior centers/organizations, assisted living, or nursing homes.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical related clerical work, ordering, maintaining infections control protocols, and patient experience.

Master's Degree or Clinical Doctorate in Audiology, or Ph.D. from an accredited university program
Massachusetts State Licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association
Minimum of three years experience in Pediatric and Adult Audiological Services
American Sign Language preferred, willingness to learn required
