Overview
St. Luke's Behavioral Health seeks a full-time psychiatrist to support the leadership of clinical and operational efforts in our Magic Valley clinic. This position will work in close partnership with administration to positively impact the entire St. Luke's Health System. This role encompasses leading psychiatrists, advanced practice providers (APPs), working with psychotherapy and psychology colleagues, focusing on clinical operational performance, and collaborating with physician and APP leaders in other specialties across the health system.
The selected individual will be working with a team of over 50 providers in Behavioral Health spanning over 5 Health Clinics:
- This role is the key physician to engage with and lead the Physicians and APPs in Behavioral Health clinics across the east region.
- The Site Medical Director will routinely engage with the clinic leaders and all providers to support clinical outcomes, operational performance, and collaboration across the health system to improve the care of the communities we serve.
- This is a dyad role, supported by an operational director as a partner.
- The selected physician will report to the Service Line Medical Director and serve on the service line leadership team as well as other committees across the system.
- The position is 0.4 administrative and 0.6 clinical in a behavioral health clinic.

Qualifications:
- BC/BE in Psychiatry
- 3 years of clinical practice required
- Demonstration of progressive leadership roles within healthcare organization(s)
