The Manager of Clinical Content (MCC) is responsible for developing, reviewing, and revising educational content for Healthcare Academy (HCA) courses. The MCC reports to the Director of Clinical Services & Learning (DCSL) and will work collaboratively with the Continuing Education Coordinator (CEC) to ensure timely and accurate content is prepared for customers of HCA.
The MCC will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and review the content they submit to ensure it meets the standards of HCA and any appropriate accrediting and/or approval bodies, if applicable.

BSN required, MSN preferred
Understanding of rules and regulations relative to long-term care (state and federal level) required
Education experience in long-term care (staff development, college or vocational instructor in nursing or CNA, etc.) required
Proven track record in writing and conducting educational courses required
